Article VI:  DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Association may dissolve by a vote of majority of its members in a general or special meeting. In the event of dissolution, the majority of the Board of Directors shall determine distribution of Association capital and property.

 

 Article VII:  AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS

The By-Laws may be amended at any general meeting by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of all members present, provided that the substance and effect of any proposed amendment shall have been published in the newsletter to inform all members of the proposed changes.
