President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, and such other agents and committees as the Board of Directors may designate, elect, and appoint and who shall perform such duties and have such authority as usually pertains to such officers in similar associations, or as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws of the Association from time to time. Officers of this Association shall be elected as provided in the By-Laws.

Section 3.

To be qualified, each officer and board member must be a member in good standing.

 

 Article VI:  MEETINGS

The annual membership meeting shall be held each November

 

 Article VII:  BY-LAWS

The By-Laws of this Association shall be adopted by the membership, and may thereafter be amended or repealed by any means provided in the By-Laws.

 

 Article VIII:  LIABILITY

No member or officer of this Association shall individually, jointly, or severally be liable for the obligations of the Association.

 

 Article IX:  AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

These Articles may be amended at any annual meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present or at any special meeting called for the purpose, in accordance with the By-Laws, by a three-fourths vote of the members present.

 

 Article X: DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION

Dissolution of the Association may be accomplished as set forth in the By-Laws.
